BISHOP'S STORTFORD: No objections to payphones' removal

PROPOSALS by BT to remove three payphones in Bishop's Stortford have been met with no objections from the town council.

BT bosses want to remove the public payphones in Rye Street, Apton Road and Thorley Street saying that they barely used and often vandalised.
