BISHOP'S STORTFORD: Police urged to target pavement parkers

POLICE are being urged to take action against motorists who park on pavements in Bishop's Stortford town centre.

Bishop's Stortford Town Council has raised the issue with police inspector Andy Piper following an increase in pavement parking. Councillors want to see enforcement action taken.
