SPURS skipper Ledley King looks set to miss the club's Uefa Cup clash against PSV Eindhoven on Thursday.
The 27-year-old skippered Tottenham to a memorable Carling Cup win over Chelsea last Sunday, but it is thought the Wembley game has taken its toll on King's troublesome knee injury that has seen him sidelined for much of the season.
He already missed the defeat at Birmingham on Saturday, and he is now expected to miss the European fixture and Sunday's derby with West Ham on Sunday.
Fellow central defender Jonathan Woodgate is however expected to return against PSV after also missing out on the game against Birmingham.
Michael Dawson may also recover in time from a hamstring injury, which would give Juande Ramos a boost following the heavy defeat at St Andrews at the weekend.
